Cumbria learning Links is a programme of Cumbria Association of Councils for Voluntary Service (CACVS) who created this initiative in order to meet the training needs of the Voluntary and Community sector county wide in the most effective consistent manner.

Cumbria Deaf

We are a First Time Online centre, and aim specifically in helping hard-to-reach learners to improve their literacy, numeracy or ICT skills, i.e. learners who do not have a Level 2 qualification. We offer free information and guidance sessions from a qualified provider, focusing on the learner's needs and preferred learning styles.
